RICHARD C. TREPP Founder & CEO

In addition to founding The Rockport Group, Rick Trepp is the Founder of Trepp, LLC, ("Trepp") located in New York City, which is the industry standard provider of CMBS analytics, data, consulting, and software to the securities and investment management industry. Trepp’s main business is to meet the needs of both the primary and secondary CMBS markets by providing, through Trepp CMBS Analytics on Bloomberg™ and through Trepp Web™, the largest trading quality CMBS Deal Library, as well as providing The Trepp System™, a primary and secondary market CMBS issuance and analysis system. Trepp maintains a current database (updated monthly) of all securitized commercial mortgage loans in the United States. Trepp professionals have extensive experience in the structured finance business. Currently, customers include large broker dealers, commercial banks, CMBS conduits, asset managers, and the majority of B-piece buyers in the CMBS marketplace.

Rick Trepp is a well-known and prominent authority in the field of structured finance. He has provided the market with a non-partisan source of structured finance expertise and analytical software since he founded Trepp & Company, Inc. in 1979. Trepp Information Services, Inc. and Trepp Pricing Services, Inc. (which were sold in 1990 to Thomson Financial Services) were instrumental in the universal dissemination of CMO/REMIC and ABS structuring information and market valuations to the investment community. He serves on the Board of Directors of Mezz Cap, Lewtan Technologies, Trepp, LLC, among others. He has served on the Editorial Board of CMBS World™. Mr. Trepp has been an invited speaker at numerous conferences and has published multiple articles on the topic of securitized financings. Mr. Trepp was asked by the White House and the Treasury Department to contribute to the tax legislation (TIMS and REMIC) for mortgage-backed securities. In 1986, Trepp & Company, Inc. was selected by the Public Securities Association to create a clearing house for all CMO/REMIC’s.

Under his guidance, Trepp and its predecessor company have structured and serviced billions of dollars in structured financings, collateralized by mortgages and other financial assets. Its analytical software has been utilized to reverse engineer over 10,000 separate securitizations backed by all types of financial assets. Mr. Trepp was a founder of the STAR Alliance, an affiliation of industry recognized companies which provided information for banking institutions to comply with regulatory reporting requirements. The Trepp analytical software and extensive database availability contributed to the STAR Alliance products, which also included asset liability management capabilities at the balance sheet, portfolio and individual security levels. Trepp's consulting business has also historically incorporated asset-backed securities work and structured municipal bond financings.

Before establishing Trepp & Company, Inc., Rick Trepp was Vice President-Division Executive of The Chase Manhattan Bank, directing the new product and loan pricing division. Prior to that, he was a Vice President and team leader for corporate lending to U.S. multi-national corporations. His business career began in Operations Research for the U.S. Air Force.

Rick Trepp holds an M.B.A. with honors from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

WILLIAM J. TREPP Managing Director

William Trepp is the Managing Director of Rockport PA, LLC. His duties at the Company include day-to-day management responsibilities as well as oversight on all Client installations.

Mr. Trepp joined Rockport from Mezz Cap. Mezz Cap is the industry leading provider of B Notes and has grown to over 30 employees and operates offices in both the United States and Canada. Mr. Trepp joined Mezz Cap during its initial start-up days as a member of the securitization group. During his time at the firm the securitization group pioneered the securitization of B Notes, which had never previously been accomplished, and produced three of the first four deals ever done.

In addition, during his time there Mr. Trepp built and managed a proprietary Pipeline and Securitization system and then managed the migration three years later from this system into The Rockport System which Mezz Cap uses for all of its day-to-day operations in both the US and Canada.

Mr. Trepp has a B.A. in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and graduated from the Amos Tuck Business School’s Bridge Program.

ERIC M. RUTBERG CTO

Eric Rutberg is the Chief Technology Officer at Rockport PA, LLC. His duties include management of R&D initiatives as well as all technical infrastructure operations.

Mr. Rutberg joined Rockport from Corsis Technology Group where he was Director of Technology. Corsis is a leading web development and network outsourcing firm whose industry experience includes expertise in Finance, Promotions, Sales, Research, Online Publishing, and Printing. During his time at Corsis, Mr. Rutberg oversaw the project development group of approximately 20 which included project managers, web developers, database administrators and network engineers. This group was able to successfully deliver web based applications to clients ranging from large corporate brand names (such as Kraft, McDonalds, iVillage (owned by NBC Universal), and Mediamark Research), to mid-size financial analytics companies, to small boutique e-commerce shops.

Mr. Rutberg has a B.S. in Management with a concentration in MIS from Binghamton University.

JOHN D. LINDSAY Chief Architect

John D. Lindsay is the Chief Architect of Rockport PA, LLC. Mr. Lindsay has 26 years experience as a software engineer. He has 18 years experience in designing and developing applications for the Microsoft Windows® operating system. In addition he has been with Rockport and its predecessor companies since their initial startup and has held a high level management role for the entire time.

Prior to Rockport, Mr. Lindsay founded several of his own companies including Lindsay & Ward, Inc. and DocuDisc in 1992 and 1995 respectively. Both firms offered consulting and custom software services to the investment banking and lending industries. During this time, he often acted as a consultant to Amerin Guaranty (now Radian), a major mortgage insurance provider, authoring sales and securities pricing software that Amerin distributed to their clients to aid in marketing their innovative lender paid mortgage insurance. He also helped coordinate efforts with Fannie Mae to integrate lender paid mortgage insurance and risk based pricing into their underwriting processes.

In 1986, Mr. Lindsay left McDonnell Douglas to join the Municipal Securities Group of PaineWebber Incorporated in New York as a Vice President and a member of the Municipal Quantitative Services and New Products Group. During his tenure as PaineWebber, Mr. Lindsay authored financial and information software systems for the areas of mortgage housing, infrastructure, health care, transportation, utilities, student loan and government trading. Some of these systems were created for exclusive in-house use and others for use by PaineWebber's clients. Mr. Lindsay developed a portfolio optimizer for PaineWebber's Government Dealer Desk that has been used to structure and execute more than $70 billion in fixed income securities transactions over a 10 year period.

Beginning in 1981, Mr. Lindsay was employed by McDonnell Douglas in their Information Systems Group. He was responsible for creating financial software utilized by the firm's investment banking clients, including software to model loan originations and cashflows for the issuance of tax exempt single family housing bonds.

DEBBE IVANHOE Director, Sales

Debbe Ivanhoe is Director of Sales at Rockport. She is responsible for new business development and client services.

Ms. Ivanhoe has over 15 years experience in sales management, where she has overseen internal and regional sales forces. Additionally she has provided independent sales consulting services, focusing on budgeting and P&L analysis.

Ms. Ivanhoe has a B.A. in Communications and Political Science from Hofstra University.

CHARLES CALHOUN Director, Client Services

Charles Calhoun is responsible for managing Rockport client relationships. Mr. Calhoun is an original management team member at Rockport, having provided "domain expertise" in commercial real estate lending to the first generation of the Rockport platform.

Mr. Calhoun has for the past 25 years specialized in Real Estate and Structured Finance, beginning his career with Kenneth Leventhal, providing consulting, due diligence and advisory services to developers, lenders, rating agencies and investment banks for CMBS. Mr. Calhoun ran the loan servicing and asset management divisions for one of the largest FNMA DUS lenders. He spent eight years rating CMBS transactions for Standard & Poors during the earlier development phase of the CMBS market, and also focused on asset management and workouts for affordable housing fund managers (First Sterling; Related Capital).

Mr. Calhoun has a B.S. from Massachussets Institute of Technology in Architecture and an M.B.A. from Wharton Graduate School.

JOHN NAUSED Director, IT

John Naused is a highly experienced network engineer with over 15 years experience during which he has managed networks of all sizes ranging from smaller companies to large 400+ user setups. Mr. Naused has overseen all network related activities for Rockport PA, LLC and its predecessor companies since their creation.

Mr. Naused has run his own consulting company and past employment includes well known financial companies including Chase Manhattan Bank and Trepp.

Mr. Naused has a B.A. in Electrical Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

DR. KEITH JARRETT Founder & President (Rockport Funding & Rockport Solutions)

Keith serves as a private advisor and investor to venture firms, as well as a board member of several companies. Current public company directorships include: Penn Virginia Resources, Philadelphia (PVR-NYSE, Director, Audit and Comp Committees) and Raymond James Financial Heritage Funds (Trustee, Audit Committee). Private company boards include: BankServ, San Francisco (Director, former Chairman); and Rockport Solutions, Inc., NYC (Director). He is also an advisor to Vestmark, Inc., Boston, and Radianz Networks, as well as a Principal in Rockport Funding, LLC and Ajax Mountain Partners.

From 1986-2001, Keith was a founding member and senior executive of Thomson Financial, a leading vendor of information and technology solutions to the global financial community. During this time, Keith founded and directed Thomson Financial’s Corporate Venture Capital Group, served as the CEO of all non-US operations for seven years, and founded and developed many of the products and services for Thomson Financial’s Straight Through Processing (“STP”) initiatives, including the Thomson Electronic Settlement Group (now “Omgeo”). Keith joined Thomson Financial in 1986, with the acquisition of First Call/Technical Data Corporation, where he was a Principal and Chief Economist.

Keith has an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Ph.D. in Financial Economics from Harvard Business School. He worked as a Research Associate at the Harvard Business School and as a Professor at Simmons College Graduate Management Program. Previously, Keith served as a Captain in the U.S. Army after graduating with honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
