Like Rockport, we believe in satisfying all our customers' needs. So, we're client centric. We're client first. Next twelve months is going to be a lot of work with our partners now with Rockport, and we're going to be integrating our packages. We're going to kind of stay in our lane. We're going to focus on owner operators and our budgeting platform with, you know, the ability to integrate with it with our discounted cash flow platform. We think we're going to have a lot of takers, a lot of interested, parties.
Just having the support of a company like Rockport, it's invaluable. So being able to partner with Rockport with their incredible sales, marketing, customer support, it's all just gravy. It's extra value that we can bring to our clients. It's a win win. I think that this this common thread is I need to have all my applications speaking to each other, and it and it has to go the entire asset life cycle. When I'm purchasing my or I'm looking for a property I might want to purchase, when I'm, underwriting that property, when I've now own it, now I've got a budget, now I've got to reforecast.
Oh, wait a minute, my lender needs a new valuation. So, you know, I think all these products should be so tightly integrated that it it's frictionless. So going between, say, our budgeting software to our discounted cash flow software, where that might be Rockport VAL or another option, it should all be seamless. And so, there's a lot of opportunities there. And we have, with Rockport, we have commercial real estate experts. And I think that's how you free things up. That's how the integration gets done.
So, choosing the right partner, having them be savvy both technically and from a commercial real estate perspective, I think it's just going to power the entire industry. And I think we'll see some old, dated approaches go by the wayside, and that's going to be for the for the betterment of the entire vertical.
