My name is Brian Mascis. I'm the COO of Rockport VAL. I'm also head of product for the Rockport Group, which encompasses both Rockport VAL and Rockport CORE. I started in the commercial real estate industry in 1997 with Coopers & Lybrand and their real estate advisory group. After Coopers and Lybrand, I moved to the banking side, credit and origination, and eventually worked my way over to the commercial real estate technology sector. Rockport VAL is an institutional grade commercial real estate cash flow modeling and valuation platform designed to facilitate underwriting and cash flow modeling for any number of users in the commercial real estate space.
