Rockport CORE connects with the systems lenders already use, so teams are not entering the same information more than once. That includes servicing platforms, internal systems, data warehouses and third-party tools.
In this video, Kyle McLaughlin, Co-Head of Product & Client Strategy, explains how Rockport CORE integrations work, whether data is pushed on demand or synchronized on a schedule. He also talks through how Rockport works with clients during implementation to get those connections in place, reduce manual re-entry and keep data aligned across the systems teams use every day.

One of our general guiding principles when we get into implementation is that data should only be entered once, and then it should flow everywhere it needs to. In CORE, that integration layer, today, has over the last year that's facilitated about a half a million different data transactions, both into CORE and out of CORE. A lot of times when we start to work with the client, we start to talk about the systems that they have in place, and naturally, they are internal and external systems that may have been built or acquired or established over a long period of time.
And as a result, there's not as tight or seamless of integration between those systems folks would prefer. So, in CORE we have a highly configurable integration layer, which means that we can basically take data from any system or send data to any system, as needed. And sometimes that happens on demand, with a push of a button, other times that's a scheduled activity that occurs in off hours to make sure that the data is synchronized across those systems. Some of these include servicing systems on a nightly basis, getting updated balance and payment information into CORE to facilitate ongoing asset management or other activities within the system.
Integrating with other internal systems like a data warehouse. So, we're able to send information from CORE, back to the client, so that they can maintain internal records and keep systems up to date there. And integrating with clients third party systems, it doesn't have to be manually rekeyed into that system so that they can have that efficiency into the workflow. The CORE implementation team works with our clients to help set up these integrations, whether it's taking data from Rockport and passing it into an internal system or internal system to Rockport, there's a lot of details that need to go into that and so, we're able to leverage a lot of the expertise we have, both understanding commercial real estate and understanding the technology, to bring those things to life in a pretty quick and efficient manner, so that the data that flows downstream is as accurate and efficient as possible.
