New York, April 28, 2026 – The Rockport Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Will Trepp to Co-CEO, joining Founder Rick Trepp in leading the company into its next stage of growth.
Will has been part of Rockport since its earliest days, first as a client, and then for more than 20 years as an internal leader driving sales, client relationships, and product strategy across all of Rockport's solutions. Over the last decade, he has also led the company's strategic growth initiatives. His path to this role reflects the kind of depth that defines Rockport: a computer science education from Dartmouth, early experience on a securitization desk, and two decades of building the relationships and product expertise that have made Rockport a trusted partner to the commercial real estate industry.
Will thinks like an engineer, a strategist, and a client relationship-builder at once. It's a rare combination, and exactly the profile this moment calls for. Those who have worked with him recognize the approach: deliberate, thorough, and always thinking multiple moves ahead. It's no coincidence that he remains an avid speed chess player to this day.
