Besides the terrace? We've attempted in Rockport to do very similar to what we had done in Trepp, which was very much of a family orientation. Critical to me is the environment. And with Will and with Eric, they make it a lot of fun. And we have been extremely lucky with people staying with us because they also know that in our history of forty odd years, we've never had a layoff. We've always hired people based on their capability and their willingness to work.
As long as they're capable and working hard, that's all I care about.
