About this video

In the pursuit of an audacious and unprecedented vision, listening carefully to the doubts and concerns others may have is a better idea than simply ignoring them. That said, good instincts and self-belief have been cornerstones of Rick Trepp’s success as a serial entrepreneur over more than 40 years. Anticipate roadblocks, be prepared to gain a few scars along the way, and always keep your eye on the prize as you slowly grow over time.

At the center of the Rockport story is our legendary leader, Rick Trepp, of Trepp® fame. Rick has over 40 years of experience as a pioneer in the CRE industry - founding and managing five successful companies built from the ground up.
